After surfing the internet for the many benefits of bananas, I came up with this list:

Help circulation

Reduce risk of stroke

Reduce menstrual cramps

Lower blood pressure

May improve kidney function

May prevent kidney cancer

Reduce kidney stones

Relieve morning sickness

Relieve heartburn

Prevent age-related eye disorders

May curb sugar ravings

Help maintain regular heartbeat

Fight depression and anxiety

Fight infections

Regulate bowel movements

Ease constipation

Promote weight loss

Promote healthy bones

Promote sleep

Provide energy

Protect skin from UV damage

Help body deliver oxygen to the brain

Suppress prostate gland growth
